Using Melbet after signing in
Melbet’s mobile website keeps Sports, Live, My Bets and Deposit in a fixed bottom bar while opening account, history and cashier tools in full-screen popups from the top profile and wallet icons. The signed-in Ghana website was reviewed and all nine screenshots were captured on 13 October 2026.
Account menu and four history views
Opening the profile icon brings up Withdrawal and Deposit buttons above expandable sections for Account, History, Offers, Messages, Security, Change Password and Responsible Gaming.
Expanding History separates Sport Bet History, Transactions, Deposit History and Withdrawal History into distinct views, so payment records and settled bets do not have to be filtered out of a single list.
Finding football events
Below the top header, a secondary bar houses Home, Live, Sports, Favourites and Search, followed by a horizontal sport ribbon and time-filter tabs (All, 1 hour, 3 hours, 6 hours, 12 hours and Today).
Selecting Football loads featured tournaments such as the UEFA Champions League above collapsible country rows. Because three navigation bars sit above the competition list, the search icon and time filters are faster routes to a fixture than scrolling through every country.
Inside a match page
The Feyenoord–Como Champions League example displays the kickoff time, date and competition stage in the match header, with horizontal market tabs (Main, Bet Builder and Totals) and a market-search icon directly below.

The selected Gaming Commission of Ghana records observed on 15 Sept 2026 included the trade name MELBET for Sports Betting, with issue date 1 Jan 2026 and recorded expiry 31 Dec 2026.
Who operates the Ghana website?
Melbet names OTRADA LIMITED as the owner and operator of melbet.com.gh across its General Definitions, About Us page, Contacts page and site footer. Its Ghana Privacy Policy refers to Otrada Ltd trading as “Melbet” and gives a local office address at House Number 8, ARS Roundabout, East Legon, Accra, Ghana.
Consistent operator licence statement: Melbet’s General Definitions (clause 1.1), Contacts page and website footer all list Online Sports Betting Licence No. GCSB25J8590V and describe the company as the holder of a Provisional Gaming Permit issued on by the Gaming Commission of Ghana. The Gaming Commission’s public register lists the trade name MELBET for Sports Betting, while not displaying company names or licence numbers.

Mobile Money: deposit and withdrawal

Section 5 of Melbet’s Deposits and Payment of Winnings rules sets a 1 GHS minimum deposit (clause 5.4) and a 5 to 10,000 GHS withdrawal-request range (clause 5.6). Opening Deposit launches a dedicated cashier popup that lists MTN, Telecel and AirtelTigo under Mobile payment, with a See All Bonuses card above the provider list.
Each wallet card states Min - Max: 1 - 10,000 GHS directly on the card, matching the 1 GHS minimum deposit in section 5.4 of Melbet’s rules. Selecting a provider opens an amount field, a promo-code toggle and a bonus selector.
Mobile Money in the withdrawal cashier
Switching to the Withdrawal tab in the bottom bar of the cashier lists the same three providers — MTN, Telecel and AirtelTigo — under Mobile payment.
Every card displays Min - Max: 5 - 10,000 GHS, matching section 5.6 of the rules. Opening a provider card shows the withdrawable balance and the instruction to verify the account’s telephone number before requesting a payout.

Return to the deposit account and phone verification
Clause 5.8 states that withdrawals are remitted only to the same account from which deposits originated, subject to payment-provider restrictions, and prohibits using withdrawals to transfer money between payment methods. Inside the signed-in withdrawal forms for MTN, Telecel and AirtelTigo, Melbet also displays the notice: “Verify your telephone number in order to withdraw funds”.

Mandatory deposit turnover before withdrawal
Clause 4.1.6 obliges the bettor to place bets totaling the deposited amount at odds greater than 1.1, and allows Melbet to refuse a withdrawal if that obligation is not met. This is a contractual withdrawal restriction, not a recommendation to place additional bets. If a withdrawal is refused under this clause, ask official support for the applicable rule and account options.

Contractual payout window, investigations and termination fee
Clause 5.7 states that winnings are paid no later than 90 working days from a withdrawal request and allows the bookmaker to extend that period. Clause 2.11 allows account investigations of up to 90 days (extendable up to one year) with video-conference verification under clause 2.12. Clause 5.12 states that while no standard organising fee is charged, Melbet reserves the right to withhold up to 30% of all deposits as a fee if it decides to terminate betting for the customer.

Password and session controls
The account menu separates Security (which houses Active Sessions and Activity Log) from a dedicated Change Password popup. The Password Change form requires the current password and a confirmed new password, and includes a checkbox to require all devices to sign in again with the new password.
Note one interface quirk on the 13 October form: the Current Password field displays the placeholder text “Create your password”, even though it is the field for the existing password.

Checking transaction records
Unlike 1xBet, Melbet does not have a standalone Payment Queries ticket screen in the account menu. Instead, it separates Transactions, Deposit History and Withdrawal History under the History accordion.
The Transactions History popup filters account activity by time window (such as Last 24 hours) and category (such as Balance Adjustments), providing the reference details needed if you contact Live Chat or email support about a transfer.
Written-claim rules and deadlines in Melbet's terms
Melbet’s General Terms and Conditions (clauses 2.7 and 2.8) set a formal procedure for bet-settlement disputes that differs from everyday live-chat or email enquiries:
- Written application to the legal address: clause 2.7 states that claims regarding the accuracy of bet calculation are accepted within 10 calendar days of the bet date on the basis of a written statement sent to the bookmaker’s legal address.
- Email correspondence disclaimer: clause 2.8 states that the bookmaker and the bettor do not recognise the legal force and binding nature of documents and correspondence sent by email from the bettor.
- Response window: clause 2.8 sets a response period of 30 calendar days from receipt of a written application, extendable up to 60 calendar days in exceptional cases requiring additional processing.
Because clause 2.8 disclaims the binding legal force of customer emails while the Privacy Policy names info@melbet.com.gh and the East Legon address for compliance complaints, keep copies of both any live-chat/email enquiry and any written application sent to the Accra office.
Taking a complaint to Ghana's regulator
The Gaming Commission of Ghana’s complaint guidance states that a player may submit a complaint by email or in writing with supporting evidence, or complete a complaint form at the Commission’s premises.
