Report the specific statement
Use our contact page and choose “Report a correction”. Include the URL and the exact statement you think needs changing. Explain the issue and, if possible, link to the relevant regulator record, official terms or original source.
You do not need to send a bookmaker account login, identity document or transaction history to flag an editorial error.
How a request is assessed
The relevant source and its date are checked against the published wording. Operator statements, regulator records and direct observations are assessed separately. A new claim is not treated as confirmed merely because it was emailed to us.
A credible report of a materially misleading claim should prompt a review of that claim and any pages that repeat it. We do not promise a response or resolution within a fixed number of hours.
How changes are recorded
A material correction should explain what changed, the revision date and the evidence supporting it. The update log provides a shared record of substantive editorial changes.
Small spelling or layout fixes do not create a new source-observation date. Updating a page does not make every older fact on it newly verified.
Editorial corrections and operator complaints are different
We can review our own content. We cannot decide a dispute with a bookmaker, enforce payment, recover a balance or act as a regulator.
For account or withdrawal complaints, use the operator’s official complaint process and the applicable regulator’s current instructions. Keep copies for your own records; avoid posting private account details publicly.
